Search Tips:
- Check your spelling
- Use simple keywords (e.g., “dress”, “hoodie”, “jacket”)
- Avoid plurals
- No need to include words such as “and” or “the”
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our website updates stock levels in real time.
If your size or preferred color is available, it will be shown directly on the product page.
If a system error occurs during checkout, we will contact you immediately.
How do I know when an item will be back in stock?
If a product is out of stock, click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page.
We will email you as soon as it becomes available again.
How should I wash my clothing?
All Cherkanova garments include a care label with washing instructions.
Since fabrics vary (cotton, denim, polyester blends, knitwear, etc.), always follow the label for best results.
To maintain quality, we generally recommend:
- Washing inside out
- Gentle wash cycles
- Cold or low-temperature water
- Avoiding bleach
- Air drying when possible
I’m unsure what size to order
Sizes may vary slightly between styles.
If you are between sizes, we usually recommend ordering one size up for a more comfortable fit.

I’m experiencing problems entering my payment details

I want to return an item — how do I do this?

What should I do if an item doesn’t fit?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
